Cancel a policy

For multiple policies, separate using a comma. .e.g DT12314, DT8521, DT12124

Should you require the cancellation to be backdated by more than 28 days you will need to provide supporting evidence:

• Confirmation of Sale
• Solicitor or Conveyancer's letter confirming the sale has been completed
• The documents can be attached at the end of this form.
